Javanese Coffee is the first Indonesian farm to adopt vertical integration from the farm to the consumer market in order to guarantee quality, integrity and authenticity. We found that even within the specialty coffee industry, profit won over integrity more often than not, and sadly the farmers suffered the loss while the rest of the supply chain profited greatly.
